RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
How To Return An Item
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
Refunds will only be given if the product was delivered with a manufacturers' defect or the product is not what the customer originally ordered.
Please email Robert@bladecarbonwheels.com to request a refund. (Include your order number, the reason for the return and your contact information.)
Returns will be issued for items that are not reworked, used or altered, and have a manufacturers' defect at the time of delivery.
BLADE Carbon Wheels® are a custom-order product and exchanges will not be authorized.
